One Declined Signature Can Cancel an Agreement?

Hi, I'm trying to send one document (a resolution) to committee members to approve (sign) or not approve (not sign) but if someone declines to sign, that cancels the whole agreement and the rest of the signors do not get a chance to review and sign. Is there a way to set up the request for signautres to still keep the agreement active even if one person declines to sign but still gets forwarded to the rest of the signors? Is that even possible?

I share your frustration!  I am using a form to get approvals from college instructors.  I need to have the audit report after the document has completed workflow to show which classes the student has permission to enroll in.  So frustrating when one instructor declines and the document gets canceled.  Then the department head cannot approve for those classes that are green-lighted 😞

Please find us a solution, Adobe!

    Hi DD26076264lrb3,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share more information about how you are sending the documents?

Share the complete workflow you require to get the document signed.

Did you check the Acrobat Sign workflow feature? If not, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/workflow-designer-signature-workflow.html. Check if that works for you.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

Hi,, I too am looking for the same thing!!! This options should be available: "continue to sign document even if member(s) decline"

So if one member declines, instead of his signiutre, it will write that he/she have declined to sign and could even post the reason listed.

Please add this,, as it is a request that continues to come up by our board members.
