One Email - Two Recipients (Husband and Wife)

We can add the 2 email addresses,

but how do I know which one is Jane's signature or John's signature?

If you require the signature in order, like first for the husband and second for the wife, then you can consider the first email for the husband and the second one for the wife. Assign the form fields in the same order.
