One form with differences sent to multiple individual recipients

Hello,

I have a form I need to send to every employee in my organization.  The form is for changes in payroll, meaning each recipient needs to receive a slightly different version of the form (reflecting the differences in their individual pay).  I know I can use the Mega Sign function to send out an identical form to many recipients, but is there a way for me to customize the form for each recipient?
