one pdf to multiple recipients get individual signed PDFs back

I am hoping to make this process easier, I have employees who need to sign a form and I need an individual signed PDF back per person. The form is an editable PDF, is there a way to do this, I want to cut down the time it takes to send each editable PDF manually
