One signer out of group

Dear Community,

I have a group of three persons. At least one person has to sign. Example: The group consists of John, Paul and Peter. If Peter or John or Paul signs, the contract is approved. It would be also approved if two or all three sign.

How can I create a workflow that achieves this? I did some research but could find a solution. You're help would be very much appreciated:-)
