I am looking to have the ability to have a document (Legal Contract) added to our website which clients can complete and add a digital siganture in numerous parts of the document and then submit to our office, Please can you advise which is the best package I require to be able to do this?

I would recommend to use Widget functionality as you can then embed the document into the website for signers to visit and fill & sign it. Below is the link for documentation:
