Online Form with Detailed Reporting and eSign capabilities

I am struggling with finding out:

- Does Adobe Acrobat Pro work with eSign? If so, am I able to put a document online for the public to fill out?

- Adobe Acrobat Pro has email distribution capabilities with a reporting function. Does Adobe Document Cloud have reporting functionality like Acrobat Pro? Note: I need more than when and who signed it.
