Onsite Client Meeting Signature

We have the Salesforce integration and my sales team wants to be able to pull up a document while at a customer meeting to have the client sign. Is there any way to do this without sending it to them? We will still need to send to have our CEO sign. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
