oops document not supported but I am registered with Adobe. Not letting me open up books in Kobo. Says Adobe is not authorized

Help..I am registered with Adobe and signed in trying to open up books in Kobo and I get this message document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Managemtn and not currently authorized for use with Adobe Id.
