Opening agreement in browser programmatically

I am integrating Adobe Sign in our application, I want to open a uploaded agreement in a browser
so that user can add signature block and send to recipients, agreement are created through refresh Token
generated by adobe sign.I want a url of that agreement that can be pasted in browser and It
doesnot ask for login again in browser for that userlike some of the esign vendor do.Can I do this in adobe sign.
