Opt out from Adobe business profiles that are no longer administered

How can I opt out my Adobe personal profile from Adobe business/organizations profile that I am no longer into?

This is causing me troubles with the Adobe Sign feature, so I need my account unlinked from those organizations.

I have tried contacting administrators but I got no reply.

Is there a way to do it myself?

The account with the problem above is only one.

I don't login into the other from several years, and it's not related with this in any way.

I will provide privately the email address associated with my main account.

Yes, but I don't login in with it from years.

Even before Adobe created business profiles, when they were just individual.

Why?
