Is there a way to 'add signature fields' while using the Nintex sign powered by adobe sign?

In Adobe Sign, you can add the signature fields in the document. Could you please confirm the workflow you use to send the document for signature?  As you are using the Nintex sign, it would be helpful if you can share the exact steps you do.
