outbox not syncing

I have a document completed by the in person signer that seems to be stuck in the outbox.

The syncing process starts but never completes with the progress wheel constantly spinning

I cannot access or use this completed document because it has not synced at all.

Is there a way to manually retrieve the stuck document so that it can be urgently used?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just try In Person Sign in 3.2.1 eSign in iPhone 6  and it works fine, please try again. We have a server issue recently.

We are working on the issue in our server,  the work around is to try it in low volume timing like at night it will work.

Another way to retrieve the document is to go to the web app, signing in as the sender.
