Output form field data into othe format not CSV

Question

I've prepared a fillable pdf for customer to fill in and sign with Adobe Sign in Power Automate.

Then after the agreement is signed, I'm using the Get form field data of an agreement to extract the data from the agreement,

Output form is in csv format. Anyway way to output the file in JSON or excel format?

Is is possible to get the form data by the field name? Since I am going to save the form data into sharepoint column one by one.
