Paid version open as trial account

I paid for an account but it still appears to me that I am using test account

Although already paid there will not let me use.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned that the account appears as test one, I have checked your account and it seems fine.

Please open the Google chrome (Incognito window) and open this link https://documents.adobe.com/ in that window.

Then try to login with your login ID and the password.
