Parallel approvals

A newbie here so please be gentle on me ....

 

I sent out a document for electonic approvals and noticed it went sequentially from one approver to the next. Is it possible that the document is made available to all approvers parallelly and not go sequentially?

Yes, make sure you are in the advanced/more settings and there is a toggle switch which lets you choose to sign in any order or in sequence. Set this appropriately and it will send to all at once.
