Parallel or Sequential

In the basic subscription Adobe offer " Sequential (Complete in Order) or Parallel (Complete in Any Order)" but still executes sequentially.  No option for parallel without paying more money? 

I wanted to load a physical signature and I show where to do it but it looks like I have to wait until it reach them in order.  Any way to load the document before it gets to them and take them out of rotation?

Can I change the order once it is sent out?
