Participant name should appear in email content - not their email address.

Question

I need the name of the participant to show up in the body of the email rather than their email address. Sometime it has their name and sometime it shows their email.

"After you sign XYZ, the agreement will be sent to "here it displays the EMAIL of the participant" and "here it displays the NAME of the participant". Then, all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email."

Greetings!The root of the problem you are describing is that the Application only understands the email addresses when you configure the agreement.During the initial processing, the application evaluates each email address, and if the address points to a userID in the Adobe Sign system that has set a name value (meaning the user has activated their account), then the name value is used in place of the email address.If the email address does not point to a userID with a stored name value, only the email address can be used.If any of your signers elect to activate their Adobe Sign account (the Free version is fine), they can store their name value and then the emails will format to use names instead of email addresses. However, this is left to the discretion of the email address owner exclusively. There is no method for a Sender to define the name value for a recipients email address.
