RECIPIENTS ARE ABLE TO OPEN DOCS WITHOUT THE PASSWORD I PROVIDED; ALREADY TESTED MYSELF AND DOCS OPEN WITOUT USING A PASSWORD WHICH I PLACED...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Please share more info.

 

what software did you use to create the PDF?  Are you saying that a user must type a password to unlock the PDF in order to view it, OR, are you saying that you enforced a password to prevent further  editing?

 

What are the users viewing the PDF with? Is it a browser? a third-party app?
