PDF Attachments: PDF inside PDF

Does anyone use PDF attachments with AdobeSign?

We really want to sign a PDF with multiple PDFs attached inside instead of adding them in-line (one after the other) in one document.

When I submit a document with attachments to AdobeSign, all the attachments disappear.
