PDF Email says to sign in to send, but already signed in.

I have a user who sends secured PDFs all the time, and about a month ago started to get "to send sign-in to Adobe" errors.

They are signed in and still receive the error. 
We've done an uninstall and clean install, no change. 

 

Has anyone else found this to be a problem?

Adobe Account try ending all sessions.  Then try again.
