pdf form saves the data

I have a PDF form which I only want to allow me to print and not save the filled-in fields. Currently I protect it and it allows me to save the fields with data. Thank you.

This used to be locked out, for Reader, but only because Adobe wanted to sell Acrobat instead. It wasn't a security measure. And now it's gone. All files can be saved, and the form fields are part of the file.
