PDF with Dropdown list unable to sign

Question

I have problem to sign whenever attaching a PDF with dropdown list. It could be either

1. Able to sign but all the dropdown list data will be missing and appear as blank.

2. Not able to sign as asking me to fill up the dropdown list again while these columns are all already filled with data.

Anyone can help solving this? Thanks in advance!
