In person signature doesn't work on mobile device. All other fields are filled in and I get this message.

Dear Customer,

From eSign mobile iOS team, I have put this bug in the top priority, we have submitted a patch (3.3.1) to fix the bug in App Store. We are waiting for Apple review and approve.  You should be able to download this patch around next 7 days.

Please go to Adobe EchoSign website to use from the browser if you need it immediately.

Now getting Unable to complete request Access token provided is invalid or had expired. Part of the same bug??

Dear Customer,

We are known this issue.

"Unable to complete request Access token provided is invalid or had expired” is different bug but we have fixed this bug in new patch too.

when the patch is ready to download, the problem should be gone away.

This is a  know issue. We have already locked a bug for it & the concerned team is working on it.

We will update your once the issue is fixed.

Is there an estimate on how long this will take to fix? Our business uses this feature every day and this is extremely frustrating! It seems silly that we have to pay for something that doesn't work.
