Personalised document for signature using mail merge??

I would like to send a personalised document for signing. Each document would require 2 signatures.

I am able to work out how to distribute to each person to collect their signature, however is it possible to use a mail merge for the "personalisation" process using Word or Acrobat, to ensure the correct recipient receives their agreement?

Hi ChurchieIT,

As a workaround, you can use MegaSign feature with which you can send same document to upto 300 recipients ( provided through CSV file upload including their information). By default, it can only have one signature and other as counter signing signature from sender( which is always fixed). Here is the link for reference:
