Receiving this error for one of our employees in the Adobe VIP Program.   We purchase 3 adobe sign licenses and this particular user has been assigned a license by me.

 

Tried signing in through various Adobe locations, continue to get this error message and can't get past it.

 

I've also tried removing the user and re-adding them but with no luck.
