Populating multiple signing fields simultaneously

We have a product that includes e-signing of multiple fields within a single Adobe Sign document. Is it possible to configure so the client can enter signature once in a given field and have it populate multiple other fields at the same time? Same would go for initialing. 

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
