Question

Possible to redirect Acrobat Sign files from Adobe Document Cloud to another server?

Hi everyone,

As my company is unsure of how secure Adobe Document Cloud is, they prefer to use their own internal server (bypassing Document Cloud) once the person has already requested for signature.

Is there a possibility? If not, how secure is Document Cloud to host my company's confidential information?

Hope to hear from you soon!

Best Regards,

James Lee

Thank you for reaching out.

Please confirm what you mean when you say that "they prefer to use their own internal server (bypassing Document Cloud)".

Would you mind elaborating on the workflow you are looking for?

Hi Meenakshi,

Thanks for responding.

As discussed, the company does not feel secure if sensitive information is stored in the Acrobat Document Cloud. They don't feel comfortable that the information is stored externally in the Document Cloud.

They would like the documents to be stored within their company intranet instead. It is more secure as they have their own corporate firewalls for additional protection.

When a person clicks on "Request E-signatures" command within Acrobat, they are re-directed to the Acrobat Document Cloud. Is it possible to have an option whereby a person can type in the path of their intranet instead?

Appreciate your response to this.

Best Regards,

James Lee
