POST transientdocument with base64 encoding

Hi ,

Is it possible to use the POST transientdocument API to upload a base64 encoded file to create a PDF?

I have tried to do this passing content transfer encoding as base64 in header etc, but the API seems to be accepting only raw and the base64 encoded format seems to be not supported. It always returns error that the content type is not supported. Is there a reference for how to use the API to upload a base64 encoded PDF?
