Power Automate Adobe Sign PDF template

Question

Hello there I have created an adobe sign agreement using a word doc but I need a fixed template using a pdf that doesnt adjust depend on charter input. I am trying figure out how can I connect data fields from sharepoint list to a specific field in a pdf document could be accomplished.
