Power Automate Initial Email

Hello All, 

I'm trying to build a flow that will send a contract using an adobe sign connector and a strep " Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature. "

I want to send the contract to Department Head only after the recipient signs the agreement. Not at the beginning. The screenshot above gives options, All, None, and dynamic fields. 

Any Suggestions?
