Power Automate To Download Signed Contract to the SharePoint

Hello All,

I'm trying to download a signed agreement to the SharePoint folder using PowerAutomate. But At the trigger, it is giving me the following error: "  Only account admin can create or retrieve account level webhooks. "

My account level is User. Any Suggestions?
