PowerAutomate _ API Caller does not have the permission to execute this operation

Question

I have created a PowerAutomate flow from which I am the Owner but people in a M365 group are able to call the flow as a run only user.

In using the action Create an Agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature, I want that the signature is send out by the person that triggers the flow. But I receive the following error: API Caller does not have the permission to execute this operation

Which permissions does a user need so that (s)he is able to call the action?
