Pre-fill by sender along with sign in any order

I have a template with certain fields marked as "Pre-Fill by Sender". However, when I send out the contract and allow it to be signed in any order, it is being sent out before I have the chance to pre-fill those fields. Is there any way to make sure that it's only sent out to other people once those fields are filled in?

All the prefilled fields that need to be filled out should be classified as "required" and the other fields should specifically have separate "signers" assigned to them so that the prefilled entries have to all be completed before it can go to the next stage (to any signers). At least that's how I understand the prefill option works.

Thanks. And this is exactly how it's set up. The prefill fields are all required and the other fields are assigned to specific participants. So it does seem like it should be working...
