Pre-fill by sender fields in template not showing up in Web Form creation but do once webform is pub

When creating a web from from a Reusable template, the pre-fill by sender fields do not show up as there is no sender. That is all good and makes sense. We then re-create new fields that are the same for the participoant 2 for office use. 

When the web form is published, the pre-fill by sender fields then pop up along with the new participant 2 fields and cannot be deleted in the editable document since the web form does not recognize Pre-fill by Sender fields. This makes it impossible to read or fill out. 

Is there a fix to this?
