Pre fill form field

is there a way to do this? Like we have add toon in a form where applicants have to list previous companies and those company's addresses and phones. Is the a way for acrobat to guess that if the first company was Swift Transportation Inc that when the applicant typed Swi it would fill in all tne rest of the information?

maybe there is some kind of database or somwthing that could be tied to certain form fields?
