Pre-sales customer: Unable to test functionality of Adobe Sign prior to purchase
Brand New Client is unable to test Adobe Sign functionality to ensure it meets their expectations prior to becoming a post-sales customer. Since they are not able to receive Adobe Support, client is having issues with their Domain being redirected to OKTA SSO, but unaware of the reasoning. Client has chosen a different domain and registered new test accounts, but still unable to log in successfully to proceed with testing out the Adobe Sign product. Help is strongly required.
