Since I cannot find a way to contact anyone with Adobe directly, does anyone know why I am about to be charged double for the same thing I have had for the past 2 years? Definitely going to cancel.....

I have checked your account using the email address that you used to sign in to the forums.
You are subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack subscription.
For billing related queries you may need to contact the support team.
Please open this link Contact Customer Care
Click on "Sign in to begin" in the blue tab on that window.
Use your Adobe ID and Password to sign in.
Then in the Chat window at right-hand side select "Managing my account".
