Problem saving chekboxes on Models of Acrobat Sign

Hello,

Since few weeks, when I create a document on acrobat sign with checkboxes and I save it in Models, next, when I want to use it again from my models, the checkboxes disapears on moment of signing !

It's very bad for my custommer and the Support tel me that it's updated, but I continue to have the same problem again ...

When you say you save them as models, do you mean you save the document as a template? Are you filling the checkboxes, or will it be done by the recipient signing the document?

Please share the screen recording of the issue occurring on your end to understand this behavior. We will replicate it on our end for further investigation.

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, It's a template (In the Application, on French, it's tranlated by "Modèle"). This permit me to send the same document to all my customers for signing.

The checkboxes need to be fill by the recipient.

 

To replicate the issue you just need to :

1) load PDF and go to the signing mode

2) put some fields and one or many checkboxes (Obligatory, but I think this change nothink)

3) send the document to the recipient ; it's well working !

4) On the popup after sending document, you have to save it as Model (template) to use it another day

5) close the docuement and go to the models (template), find the previous doc and open it

6) Set the email of the recipient (note that the checkboxes are always present, but don't change anything)

7) send the doc to the recipient

😎 The recipient will receive the document, but all checkbox are disapeared.

Please look at the 3 screens (2 on the Application Acrobat with checkboxes and one on the recipient)

Hello,

Is there someone who can help me to solve the problem ?

I tried again and again to contact Adobe Technic but they don't understand how to solve the problem.

I'm very disappointed and angry because this software is very expensive and I could not be able to use it like it promess..
