Problem sending for signature in Acrobat DC with Adobe Sign

Buongiorno,

sto cercato di inviare dei pdf da fare firmare con Adobe Acrobat DC utilizzando Adobe Sign, dopo aver caricato il file mi segnala sempre impossibile completare l'operazione riprovare più tardi. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Hi Paolosilviot,

Sorry for the delay in response.

This generally happens when you set an email address which is already registered under an Adobe Sign account.

That means you already had an Adobe Sign account with that email address.

I have checked your account and it seems the issue is resolved.
