Problem with adobe-sign

problem with adobe-sign, it simply stopped letting me sign - kept asking me to download adope pro (and now I have a seven day free trial and then it wants to charge me!?! - never mind my computer has my own copy of adobe pro DC!),. and even after download, then it still would not let me sign - kept asking me to download again.So, I uninstalled the one I downloaded and reinstalled my own copy.  But, adobe sign still will not let me sign a document I initiateded in the first place!  it still wants me to download adobe!  (see screenshot attached) And it worked just this past week!Also, I do not want to be charged for new version of a program I already own.
