Problem with Adobe Sign when signing in on Amazon MyDocs

I cleared everything, its because of this I can't complete it. I wish there was a way to avoid this so I can just complete it. But I tried evrrything and still get this error when I sign in. To add every time I click on a link to help in there it gives me a 404 error. Is this outdated or something?
