PROBLEM_WITH_WORKFLOW_DESCRIPTION EchoSign Api

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I have modified and updated the workflow several times but it doesn't seem to change from this error. 

I don't know what 'description' its talking about I don't see a description in the workflow editing page.

I am unable to find documentation for this issue.
