Problemas con la hora y fecha de la firma

Cuando envio el documento para firmar , el usuario firma pero solamente sale la firma , no sale la hora y la fecha abajo en azul.

Please check the signature preferences and ensure the option "Use well-formatted signatures and initials" is enabled. Refer to the screenshot below:

La opición como tal se me muestra como en la imagen, cuando agrego la firma sigue saliendo solo la firma más no la fecha y hora de la misma abajo en azul.
