I have an Enterprise trial portal active, I want to add new users who have never had an adobe service associated and it does not allow me I get the following error message
We have the same issue. We are currently within the Enterprise trial period and only the user who setup the trial (me) has access to Adobe Sign. When I try to add users the error message 'You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information.' appears.
