problems to desactivate users and reset password as admin user

hello im new with adobe sign and i would like to desactivate and change the password of some user but in the menu as admin the option is not available , in the menu i just can see the blue link "Edit User" but not the other options as is in the official documentation in the next image.

Yes, now you won't be able to deactivate the user as mentioned in the Adobe Sign documentation.
You can contact Adobe Support Team and they will help you to deactivate the user. Also, if you want to reset the password, the Adobe Support Team will send a link to the user's email, which the user can use and then setup a new password
