Problems trying to upload document for signing - Adobe sign keeps giving error message

For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to upload documents for signing and keep getting the below error message

" We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again."

I have tried different times of the day, different browsers, I have tried in incongnito mode - nothing works!

Any ideas anyone?
