Problems with webhooks in EU1 region only

Does anyone else have problems with webhook callbacks in adobe sign region EU1 ?

I have create multiple developer accounts in other regions, NA1, SG1, EU2 and the callbacks works fine.

Have also created an additional EU1 account to confirm the problem, and it persists.

The webhook we are testing for this is AGREEMENT_CREATED.

The same code on the same machine is used to test the webhooks. The only change is the account credentials / urls.

We noticed this problem on Monday the 27th of September.

Can someone else confirm this?
