How do I change my profile name?

You can change the name by going to Personal Preferences->My Profile and change the name.

I am logged into my profile and cannot locate "Personal Preferences".  The only option I can find is "Preferences" and within there I cannot identify how to change my profile name.  Could you please direct me to the PP tab?
