Protected password help

When you say, "Get finished and sent to people," do you mean to fill out the document and send it for signature? Please share more information on your steps, after which the document is protected with a password. It will help us understand what is happening and share the correct information.

If you used Acrobat Sign to fill out and sign the document, the file will be encrypted after that. It is not possible to make any changes to that document. Please use the prefill feature if you need to fill out the form and send it for signature.
